Registry Changes PC 753-Adds “pimps” to the Registry PC 883-Judges may order stat rape defendants to register PC 882-Forfeiture of property for violations of Registry

New Law Regarding Sex Offenses PC 1027-Extends statute of limitations for rape of a child and other offenses PC 1073-Must serve 100% of an aggravated rape conviction PC 1076-Increases penalty for stalking if committed by sex offender.

More New Laws Regarding Sex Offenses PC 876-In sexual exploitation of a minor, no matter if v is police posting as minor. PC 885-Changes in indecent exposure law.

Human Trafficking PC 1074-Penalty enhanced for involuntary labor of minors. PC 613-Actions for victims of HT. PC 1075-New offense of trafficking in commercial sex acts Pc 891-Gives victims of HT a defense in prostitution cases.
