At least one IEP team member who has observed the student’s academic performance and behavior in the learning environment, including in the regular classroom. The parent and/or the LEA may invite other individuals who have knowledge or special expertise regarding the student. For meetings addressing postsecondary goals and transition services, the LEA shall invite the student to participate. See EC

CDE must receive your application for amendment no later than April 18, Requests received after this date will be returned.
