One Head and One Body Two aspects where the Local Church should reflect the Universal Church: 1) H E IS THE HEAD of the body, the church… that in all things He might have the pre-eminence.Col. 1:18 …and gave Him to be the head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fulness of Him that filleth all in all. Eph. 1:22f 2) For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: SO ALSO IS C HRIST.
