Goal of having home exercise equipment…  To provide employees with the opportunity to exercise and promote healthy living from the comfort of their own home at their own pace

Benefits of regular exercise…  Employees with regular exercise and being active can control weight  Exercise combats heart conditions, disease, type 2 diabetes, cholesterol, etc.  Exercise improves mood by stimulating brain chemicals thus boosting confidence  Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance
