Final reminders Ski Trip Sunday 29 th March – Saturday 4 th April

Luggage labels collect and fill in for outgoing journey only – hotel details/flight numbers are on school website – Ski Trips Clocks go forward by one hour on Saturday night Sunday morning please make sure that you change your alarm and watches before you go to bed.

OUTWARD JOURNEY Be at School for 11.45am Leave Beverley High School- Sunday 29th One suitcase or holdall only. Maximum weight 20kg. One piece of small hand luggage. Passports and money to be kept in hand luggage. No sharp objects in hand luggage. No liquids in hand luggage. Any medication in a clear plastic bag in your hand luggage. All passports and EHIC will be collected in by your staff group leader before departing from Beverley No meal on the plane. Extra supplies essential: Food and drinks especially water. Packed lunch required. It will be a very long day so extra food required. Some extra charge may be required. There will be opportunity for you to buy food either at the airport or on the plane – this will be time and availability dependant. I cannot guarantee that this will definitely be the case so bring supplies to be prepared. Wear your trip sweatshirt to travel in.
