CUSTOMER SERVICE (MAKING A SALE)

SITUATION 1 Imagine the dialogue takes place in a Garment shop. Consider that you’re the Sales person. A customer from out watches your newly inaugurated shop. Try to convince the customer to make a purchase from your shop. In this situation consider your trainer as the customer. Build a conversation with clues given in every slide. NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION TO BUILD CONVERSATIONS.

WELCOMING THE CUSTOMER 1)Welcome the customer to the shop. 2)Influence the customer by saying that there is an inaugural offer available in the shop. 3)The customer asks what's the unique feature about the shop. 4)Inform the customer that there are unique patterns of clothes available in the shop. NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO BUILD CONVERSATION WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED CLUES.

SITUATION 2 Now the customer is convinced to make a purchase in your shop. Ask what the customer is interested in looking for. The customer says that she is looking out for shirts. Guide the customer to the aisle where the shirts are available. Ask the size and the preferable color the customer is looking for. MAKING A SALE (UPSELLING) 1)Now the customer is convinced to buy in your shop. 2)Take the customer to the aisle where the shirts are available. 3)Show the different designs and sizes to the customer. 4)Ask the customer for whom she is shopping. MAKING A SALE (UPSELLING) 5)The customer says that she wants to buy for herself. 6)Show few designs that match the customers size. 7)The customer is still not convinced with the size you show. 8)Request the customer to go to the dress room and give a trial. MAKING A SALE (UPSELLING) 9)Now the customer is convinced. 10)She wants to buy 2 shirts. 11)The customer wants to know whether the offer is available for the shirts she has purchased. 12)Inform the customer that it is available for all types of purchase. NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO BUILD CONVERSATION WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED CLUES.

MAKING THE PAYMENT 13)Now the customer wants to make the payment. 14)Guide the customer to the cash counter. 15)Re-confirm the purchases she has made by showing her the purchased clothes. 16)Once she confirms give her the bill. 17)Accept the cash and greet her.
