The dual knockout T4R lowered TNF levels more than the single knockout receptor cells in all trials. T2R was less efficient than T4R T4R antagonist – Limit Cytokines Conclusion Future Studies Conduct trials testing for different cytokines. Re-Run all trials -Dual Knockout receptor cells were more effective in most trials. -The combination of RAGE and a Toll- Like receptor is more effective n combating sepsis. Discussion
