Introduction Have you ever felt like you’re floating in mid air? Do you want to learn strokes? Well, I can teach you all about the sport of swimming.

Chapter 1:Be Safe When Swimming How to be safe when swimming is easy. first walk don't run. For example if you run on a wet pool deck you can slip and hurt yourself. Secondly, I wouldn’t chew gum in the pool. For example, you could choke. Next, you shouldn't go swimming alone for example, you could have a cramp in your body and it may be hard to get out of the pool. That’s how be safe when swimming!

Chapter 2:When Using A Diving Board it is Important to be Safe When using a diving board it is important to be safe. First don’t dive until the 1 st diver swims away from the board. For example, you can accidentally hit the person in front of you if you don’t wait.secondly use the diving safely can be done be walking not running. For example somebody could slip and fall down and hurt themselves. Finally never flip on a diving board if you don’t know how. For example, don’t flip because you can really hurt your neck or your back. That’s how to be safe when using a diving board!!!!!!

Chapter 3: Swimming Gear What gear should I have when I go swimming? First, you should have goggles. For example, they help you see under water. Next, you should also bring a bating cap, for example it keeps your hair from getting wet and in your eyes. Finally Bring a one piece bathing suit or a speedo. For example, it helps you get speed. That’s what gear you should bring to the swimming pool.

Chapter 4:Important Tips when Swimming in the Ocean Important facts when swimming in the ocean. First, to avoid waves you either dive into the wave or float on the wave. For example, you should dive in the wave so you don’t get flipped. Secondly. Always go in the ocean with a adult, for example go in the ocean with an adult because the under toe is so powerful that it could pull you out to sea. Finally if you are playing with something in the ocean make sure that you are playing with it or you may lose it. For example stay with it because, it will float away in the sea. Those are important facts when swimming in the ocean!!!!!!!!

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!! Be safe out there kids!!!!
