412 (Mar 2012) – A CB withdrew a certificate before a transfer was completed by another CB. An organization was complaining that they were transferring their ANAB-accredited AS9100 certificate and the current CB had withdrawn their certificate prior to the new CB transferring the certificate. It seemed to be a misunderstanding between the organization and the current CB. The CB's worked this out and the transfer was successful. 422 (June 2012) – A CB is delayed on issuing the transition certificate to a client. A certified organization is complaining that their CB is taking too long in issuing the organization a revised certificate, after their audit had been closed.
