What is ERP? Enterprise Resource Planning Support business through optimizing, maintaining, and tracking business functions Broken down into business processes – HRM – Distribution – Financials – Manufacturing It may also integrate key customers and suppliers as part of the enterprise’s operation.

ERP software/ system Enterprise resource planning software/ system – allows an organization to use a system of integrated applications to manage the business (e.g development, manufacturing, sales and marketing)
