YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT RATES IN THE EU IN NOV AND THE HIGHEST AND LOWEST RATES SINCE 2008 HQVET – Dunajskà Streda Youth Unemployment continues to vary widely among the EU member states. The youth unemployment rates change from less than 10% in countries little affected by labour market deterioration (ie. Austria, Germany, ND) to almost half of the active population aged 15 – 24 in Italy where it more than double from 2008

Each Italian Region is responsible responsible for the vocational training courses to be carried out. The official Italian data on youth unemployment rate refers to: -Youth with a lower secondary Diploma (obbligo scolastico) – Level 2 EQF -Youth with a Abitur (Qualifica professionale) - Level 3 or 4 -Youth with High School Diploma – Level 5 -Youth with Degree (Laurea) – level 6 – 7 -It’s difficult to find data relates to vocational Training students
