OE Enhanced Reports This is a set of enhance reports that presents the information in a very concise and user-friendly manner. Running total, percentages, bolding & underlining are only a few of the improvements. In our Summary reports, we give the user what Cougar gives in their condensed version. Then our version shows a secondary level of summarization. So the condensed profit margin report shows the stock numbers that a customer purchased summarized and then a total for the customer. Some reports have a descending dollar amount order. Some reports include WDT which stand for watch dog technology. These reports highlight abnormal activity.

MS Access/Crystal Bridge (this will be priced separately from the OE MaxPak) This tool has pre-linked Cougar's major files and supporting code files. So if you need to link in a 3rd party software or want to use Crystal report writer, the hard part is already done.

OE Fix Costing Errors The most common problem is when an order is entered for a new item before it is received into inventory. It usually ends up being posted with zero cost which causes a miss-statement of monthly profits and physical inventory dollar shortages caused by this accounting problem.
