Introduction  The next few weeks, you and a team mate will RESEARCH kite history, find kite PLANS, USE PAINT to construct a scale drawing, DECORATE your kite, BUILD a kite, and of course TEST your kite outside! A CLASS PRESENTATION is also involved in this project. Don't forget your geometry and “Going Green” skills while building your kite.

Task  You will find and research a particular kite plan and then construct that kite following your plan. You will be expected to present to the class and 3 staff members/parents. Creative Presentation. Creative Presentation.Creative Presentation.  A scale drawing must be turned in. Drawings will be completed on graph paper or the paint program (go to start and search paint).

Process Your kite must have geometry ideas involved.
