  Not much is known about Shakespeare’s religious beliefs, but since he was born under the rule of Elizabeth I, (She was Protestant and outlawed Christianity) he was believed to be Protestant.

  Shakespeare was very interested in sports and music at a young age.  He also liked reading and fishing.
