Proposed Solution Overview: eLearnable’s proposed learning solution for HCC’s ethics training is comprised of two main deliverables: E-learning: Two custom, 45-minute e-learning modules. Text and audio content. Scenario-based learner interactions throughout. Assessments: Each e-learning module will contain a knowledge- based assessment that can be completed following the training program. The assessment tool will allow the manager to print out a certificate of completion to present to his or her supervisor. Note: If eLearnable is awarded this contract, we intend to work with HCC to consider whether any synchronous course elements could complement the planned asynchronous e-learning modules. (We recognize that HCC has expressed an interest in considering both asynchronous and synchronous learning elements.)
