MINISTRY SERVICES TEAM Media, Scholarship, Church Administration, Resource Specialist (Risk Management seminars etc) ON MISSIONS TEAM New Work (language groups). New work JJSE 2 Directors of Brotherhood, WMU and five additional ones. MINISTRY SUPPORT TEAM Minister Emergency, Pastoral Support, Membership. ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATION TEAM Board of Directors, Association Staff, Property, Personnel, Finance, Bylaws and Policy MINISTRY COORDINATION TEAM Ministry Team Leaders of, Sunday School, Discipleship, Evangelism, Youth, Brotherhood, WMU, Stewardship, Senior Adults, and Moderator. LEADERSHIP SELECTION TEAM Ministry Coordination team plus 3 additional ones

Teams Each team leader will be selected by the Leadership Selection Team. –Each Team Leader in cooperation with the Leadership Selection Team, will select group members.

Leadership Selection Team Ministry Coordination Team plus three extra –Sunday School –Discipleship –Youth –Brotherhood –WMU –Stewardship –Senior Adults –Moderator –Three additional (to serve on this team) All Appointed by the moderator EACH TEAM LEADER WILL WORK IN COLLABORATION WITH LEADERSHIP SELECTION TEAM, TO SELECT THEIR GROUP MEMBERS.

Leadership Selection Team will work with Associational staff to select... –Administration Coordination Team Leaders and group members. Board of Directors Personnel Group Financial Group Properties Group Bylaws and Policy Group –Leaders from each group will serve as a team member. EACH TEAM LEADER WILL WORK IN COLLABORATION WITH LEADERSHIP SELECTION TEAM, TO SELECT THEIR GROUP MEMBERS.

Ministry Services Team Ministry Services Team leader will be held by an association staff person or persons as determined by the executive director. TEAM LEADER WILL WORK IN COLLABORATION WITH LEADERSHIP SELECTION TEAM, TO SELECT THEIR GROUP MEMBERS.
