Hazmat Safety Permit FMCSA Proposal: HMSP applications keep current criteria FMCSA will use CSA data to monitor HMSP-holders HMSP carriers with high scores will receive compliance reviews Renewals will be based on CSA scores. Insufficient data means CR every 4 years Intrastate hazmat carriers must obtain USDOT numbers.
