DMH3 How is MHSA Funded? DMH12 How Are Funds Accessed by Counties? Generally based on all cash deposits projected to be on hand on 7/1 of the planning year. DMH13 How are Funds Distributed to Counties? Generally counties receive 75% of cash requested when Plans Are Approved.
