I Type- Ectomorph Appearance Thin Smaller bone structure Thinner limbs Endurance athlete body frame Metabolism/Energy Fast metabolic rate More sensitive to ephinephrine (adrenaline!) Often fidgeters/Pacers Tend to burn off excess cals because they move so much throughout the day Nutrition Tolerate carbs well Recommended dosage per day: More healthy carbs Less fat Moderate amount of protein “Higher carbs, lower fat”

Meal Frequency  As long as we eat the right foods in the right amounts, meal frequency is a matter of personal preference  Find what works best for you!  Listen to your body  2.5/3hours  3 meals, etc.
