What Percentage of Adults are Leading Healthy Lifestyles? In this study, Healthy Lifestyle is defined as :  Does not smoke  Maintains a healthy weight/BMI  Eats a minimum of 5 fruits and vegetables/day  Exercises at least 5 times/week for 30 minutes What percent of Americans meets this criteria? Any guesses?
