Exercise Balls help to:  Promote stability and balance  Promote good posture They are available in various sizes

 Use the size that is intended for your body size  When seated on the ball, your knees should be at 90 degree angles to the floor  Make sure the ball is well inflated, this will challenge and engage the muscles better

Used for:  Strengthening muscles  Body conditioning  Improving balance  Increasing intensity of stretches Available in a variety of resistances

Make sure the bands are secured properly You can create handles for increased grip Always check bands for rips or tears Perform exercises with slow controlled movements
