 Introductions  Hypervibe technology: How it works  Key Benefits of hypervibe technology  Fat loss versus weight loss  Simple & Effective Exercises for fat loss ( Demonstration/Interactive session )  BodyMend Wellness Clinic Resources

 Used by Russian sports trainers for athletes since the 1970’s and 80’s  Hypervibe accelerates gravity and forces our muscles to contract and resist up to 17 times greater than earth’s gravity SO... WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?  It increases muscle mass and bone density at a faster rate than other forms of exercise  Provides all the benefits of “standard” exercise, but in less time

 Can provide an effective and safer option for exercise for individuals in rehabilitation, or who have physical and/or other health conditions that limit their ability to exercise  Increases stimulation and drainage of the lymphatic system  Increases muscle mass and overall metabolism in the body at a faster rate than many other exercise programs – Key to fat loss

 Correct use of the hypervibe can enable many of the benefits of standard exercises with less requirements for movement, flexibility and coordination by individuals  Depending on the individual, movement and/or static positions can be used to target and strengthen various muscles

 Improved lymphatic movement and circulation.  This helps the body get rid of body fat and toxins.  The better the circulation the more efficient our bodies are at delivering nutrients and getting rid of waste.

 Increased muscle mass results in increased body metabolism  With more calories being used, less fat is stored in the body in the form of unwanted inches

Excess weight, due to excess fat can place extra stress on your joints leading to: ◦ Pain and/or discomfort ◦ Decreased mobility and flexibility ◦ Increased risk for injury

 Many people confuse weight loss and fat loss  Weight loss can include: ◦ Three main components; water, muscle, and fat. ◦ Weight loss does not necessarily mean inch loss  Fat loss generally involves inch loss ◦ Inch loss does not necessarily involve significant weight loss ◦ When trying to “get fit” most people are interested in toning and building muscle mass (i.e., increasing their metabolism), and becoming more “trim” in appearance

Be pro-active and protect your health  Learn and practice Hypervibe exercises  Make hypervibe exercises a part of your rehabilitation, fat loss and/or overall health and wellness goals

Demonstration & Interactive Session “Get Fit Fast” (10 minute program)
