I ntroduction Prince Fast Food & Restaurant is an Bangladeshi restaurant that offers different styles of pizza along with side dishes including pasta, soups, sandwiches and breadsticks. Prince Fast Food & Restaurant is a subsidiary of Prince! Brands, Inc. with approximately 34,000 restaurants, delivery/carry-out locations in 100 countries. Prince Fast Food & Restaurant was founded in 1958 by Prince Pal. In the year 1973 Prince Fast Food & Restaurant went international.

Objective and Goals: The Company needs to turn its mission into detailed supporting objectives for each level of management. Each manager should have objectives and be responsible for reaching them.
