Creating a United Front Builder Partnerships brings builders together to pool buying and negotiating power, increasing purchasing power to the level of large, national builders Your purchasing power becomes equivalent to a builder constructing 15, ,000 units

Your Investment Enrollment Fee - Option One* Full Payment Full Payment (paid when Agency Agreement is executed) $5,000 minimum First 100 Units* $100/Unit Units 101 to 200* $ 75/Unit Units 201 to 500* $ 50/Unit Units 501 and up* $ 25/Unit *Units are based on lesser of 2005 closings or 2006 projections Builder will pay 10% Administrative Fee on all rebates earned *Price Increase on Administrative Fee to 15% for new members signed after January 1, 2007.
