I chose these three charities because they are local from my school and where the event is going to be held ( Purley Playing Fields) and also these are the charities that residents in the area prefer the most..

This graph shows how much one visitor is going to pay for entry and to join in an activity of their own choice. It also shows how much the activities and entry are going to cost each for one visitor and also shows how much the pitches are going to cost for the charities. All the activities here are meant for all ages including adults, small children, teenagers and elderly people.

This graph shows how much the equipment, food, drinks and advertising is going to cost. The food is most expensive because there is going to be a large amount of people that are attending the event so the demand is going to be higher. The Facebook ads are the cheapest because it is free.

My event is going to be held at Purely Playing Fields on the 25 th December 2014 because Purley Playing Fields is popular and big park. Also I chose the event to be held on 25 th December because that’s when families are more closer together. The event is going to start 12 am – 10 pm so that my staff is given time to prepare. If the weather is bad then I am going to order a tent and if the weather is ok then I am not going to need the tent. I going to get electricity from a rented generator. That is going to be run on fuel.

My event is going to be held at Purely Playing Fields on the 25 th December The event is going to start 12 am – 10 pm. There is going to be around 400 guests that are going to be attending the event. For entry it is going to cost £3.00 for adults and children. Every activity is going to cost £1.50 except for the rodeo bull which is going to be £2.50 and for the charities it is going to cost £10.00 to set up a pitch.
