What is recycling?  process to change materials to new products  Prevent waste  reduce the over consumption, energy usage, air and water pollution

Recycling in school? Salerno  Different bins for bottles and papers Brussels  Different bins for bottles and papers  Project ‘MOS’, new project ‘good planet’

Does it work? Salerno  Students put paper in a bottles’ bin and the other way around Brussels  Students put paper in a bottles’ bin and the other way around  Students go to projects but when it’s over they still don’t recycle

Solutions to this problem?  Let them visit dumps so they know the problem  All bins (bottles, paper, fruit,…) together so if you go to the bin you have the right one  More projects with shocking pictures  Let them count the trash they have trown away ……
