 Saudi students need to get the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) to get admission from the United States universities and others countries. They need to learn skills to be successful with the IELTS and compete with learners in 21st century.

 1-Provide content to prepare students for IELTS exam.  2- Make students practice IELTS exam through programs and different websites  3- Help students to get good scores in IELTS.  4-Give a chance for student to know their levels in English language.

 To find the needs of the students, An IELTS pre test will be given to see students’ levels, compared to their necessary test scores. The IELTS class requires that students practice online to get IELTS skills which are reading, listening, speaking, and writing. Students must finish a pre test every week. Teachers will give students some strategies to pass the exam. Also the teachers will create online sources that help student to have the basic skills of the exam.

 We chose the Discrepancy-Based Needs Assessment Model because a lot of students want to pass IELTS exam, and they do not have enough skills in listening, writing, reading, and speaking.
