9 Challenges and Lessons Learned Huge change in SLA footprint (sub-ledger accounting) MOAC Multi-Org Access Control makes it easier on Global Implementations Sensitivity of Automobile industry is very high with current customer demand. Functionality of Release Management was widely used to integrate customer daily demands and CUMs Release 12 has improved on the User Interface (very adaptable) We had to go through various Release 12 product snags in the beginning of the project. Release 12 RUP4 onward system has stabilized very well and have been less of issues on products side Big cultural change on the L&L side with the newly carved business processes and overriding many manual and non-integrated solutions User training was a major challenge with the timeline causing intense post production support stabilization
