First view of Web Page - ddyn.com Thank you for taking the time to see how the Insight document browser works. This introduction will show the basic use of the InsightNet browser. Access to InsightNet Intranet is always via the company Intranet. No sign-in is required. First view of InsightNet There are three distinct areas to interact with - A. Law Library - Index selection B. Welcome page with tool and support options C. Search frame There is always news and information on the welcome page Open a document from the Library Index frame by expanding the options When opening a document – the welcome page gives way to a new Tab containing the selected title on it’s own tab (A) The library status report and the law update index can also be found on the vertical toolbar (B) A B Version2.1

Open a document from the Library index frame by expanding the options The size of the frame may be expanded to see more text (A) Double clicking on the frame selector (A) will close the frame from view A Version2.1

The document can be browsed from the Index frame (A) or the navigation tools on the page (B) The page can be printed from the navigation bar Selecting text allows Copy (Ctrl-C) and Paste (Ctrl-V) – retaining styling in XML A B B Version2.1

The document navigation bar is used to scroll through the pages The document title is shown with the current release number The Print option will print the current page A bookmark may be added to the page to be recalled from the bookmark index which is at the bottom of the Index frame This navbar will extend on the left when viewing updates in comparison mode – where the extended page buttons are used to page updates – or close the view (x) Version2.1

The Search frame allows searching the document or across the whole library for any word (A) The list of matches may be scrolled and viewed in short summary format (B) The Word Index function and the document Update Report now appear at the bottom of the frame (C) A B B C Version2.1

As a find option the Word Index is a productive way of locating known words in the document Open the word index frame and select the required Alpha to see where the word is represented in the document A convenient index of matches can now be browsed for the required information Version2.1

The Update view frame (A) provides insight to each update in the document history Each update issued by Notice number (B) from the Government gazette may be viewed in the document by selecting the relevant highlight ( Remuneration ) Our documents are compiled law – with updates inserted to the text, noted by edit inserts to denote the change ( R.162 of 2014 ) There is a comparative view of this update by opening a modal window with the view glass icon (D) A B C D Version2.1

Comparative Update view is a new feature for Insightv2 The side by side view of the current change (right) compared to the previous version (left) of the text - allows for rapid assessment of what was changed This page can be printed from the toolbar (A) Close the modal window top right (B) !! This format is only available as from 2014 onwards. A B Version2.1
