This assists designers to identify hazards and those affected, whilst also enabling a rapid assessment of the risk to be carried out. This module also enables the actions taken during the design and any additional control measures to be recorded. Each assessment is carried out on a separate page and there is no limit to the number of assessments which can be completed.
