Current Interior

Interior Inspiration:

What improvements will we make? New Flooring. Repaint walls and trim of the interior. This will give the interior a fresh new look. Replace supplies used by the children and staff. Art supplies, desks and chairs. New refrigerator, stove and microwave for kitchen area. Current chalkboards will be replaced with smart boards.

How long would this take? About 1 month in the summer. Steps: 1 st : Clearing out the classroom area. Removing the carpets, tiles, chalkboards and any old light fixtures. 2 nd : Detailed cleaning of the classroom area before new items are installed. 3 rd : Painting the walls and installing the tile flooring. 4 th : Furniture placement using the existing floor plan of the classroom as a guide.

Raising Awareness Dolan will be hosting a community yard sale and bake sale to raise awareness about the project. Flyers will be hung around the community. A small percentage of those profits will be used to fund meals given to the volunteers during their help with the renovation.

What difference could we make? Reinvent a place where children can go to learn and grow. Invite children of the community to create a rainbow from their painted hands.
