Customer Support >Support requests are made to Axis Customer Services >Most efficient – Log in to MyAxis and use the online helpdesk on the Axis website: >Benefits –Ask questions online –Highest priority –Trackable –History log >Alternatively, telephone can be used (business hours only). If a written response from Axis is needed, a support case will be raised for the customer. >Whenever possible, support is given in the local language. Supported languages today are: English, German, Swedish, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch.

Priority support >Online support cases are automatically prioritized –Axis partners, distributors and resellers –Installers and system integrators –End users >Incoming support requests shall be answered within two working days, either to present a solution or to request additional information (such as a server report and a parameter list)
