Steps to Graphing a System of Inequalities. 1) Graph each inequality with out shading the region. 2) Find the region that is true for all the inequalities.

Example: 1) Graph the System of Inequalities y < 5 y ≥ 4x -1 2) 3x – 4y ≤ 12 x < 2

System of Inequalities with No Solution There is no solution if the inequalities do not share a common region. (EX) 2x + 3y < 6 y ≥ 2/3x + 4

Graph a system with an Absolute Value Inequality Graph the System of Inequalities: y ≤ 3 y > |x+4|
