Partnership with TAFE NSW to build CERT II and III courses in hospitality, plus intensive skills training course for new migrants with food skills.

Labour Hire Agency Protects rights of workers and ensures they receive full award wages and training Protects safety of workers through an OH&S assessment of all worksites. Partners with corporates to develop career pathways for its staff Provides interest-free loans to staff to fund training and assessment 30% of profits reinvested back into community programs
