 Important to engage with employers & transfer institutions;  Clarity to employers regarding what they are getting;  Clarity to students about attainment of specific skill sets; and  Develop a crosswalk document and clearly define credentials received on transcripts.

 Measurable, observable behavior. “The student can…”  analyze sources of financing for business;  identify and define the main forms of business organizations;  define and use marketing terminology and concepts;  use Total Quality Management practices to address a problem;  convey information by creating charts and graphs...
