foreword Since the reform and opening up, China has made great achievements in social and economic development while achieving a historic leap in trademark cause.

It’s fair to say that China has ranked the first in terms of trademark applications, trademark registrations, and the effective trademark registrations in the world.

Trademark strategy is an important part of National Intellectual Property Strategy, the overall work plan for our country's present and future is to enhance the registration, use, protection and management capabilities for the promotion of economic and social development.
