CUB SCOUT ORGANIZATION THE PACK:  Boys grades 1 – 5 and adult leadership  Sponsored by a Charter Organization  Divided into “Dens” of 6 – 10 boys in same grade and adult leadership  Ranks/Dens  Tiger (1 st grade & age 7)  Wolf (2 nd grade & age 8)  Bear (3 rd grade & age 9)  Webelos 4 th and 5 th grade & age 10)

VOLUNTEERISM PARENTS:  Source of Scout leadership  Busiest parent can help  Participate and encourage sons advancement  Teach by example  Spend quality time with son TRAINNG:  Every Scout deserves a trained leader  Ensures a quality program  Keeps Scouts safe  Keeps meetings fun and exciting  Provides resources  Pack, District, and Council provide training opportunities
