Their leader will supervise them for the duration of the visit.  The visit leader is Mrs Brett. Mrs Dean, Miss Savins, Mrs Gooch, Miss Baggett, Mr Colbeck and Mr Burrows will also supporting the visit.  There will be 7 adults in total and all will be CRB cleared  Children will be sleeping 2 or 3 to a room

Things to take  Comfortable shoes – we will be doing lots of walking!  Personal items for an overnight stay; pyjamas, toothbrush and toiletries etc  Towels and bedding are NOT needed; these are provided by the hotel  A change of clothes  Spending money and camera (these will be the pupil’s responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for them)  A book, word puzzles, comic, card games etc for the journey or bedroom  Water bottle  Packed lunch (for first day)  I suggest two bags are taken. One for carrying around (packed lunch, camera etc) and another for overnight items.  Please name all belongings  NO MOBILE PHONES OR ELECTRONIC GAMES

Behaviour  Only the very highest standards of behaviour are expected AT ALL TIMES  Pupils will be visiting a range of exciting (and busy) places. They should behave responsibly and remember to:  * stick with their group leader  * let their leader know if they have a problem  * follow instructions  ALL pupils will be expected to complete a ‘behaviour contract’ before embarking on the trip  Please speak to your child about these expectations  We are planning on having a great time and everyone’s co-operation ensures the success of this trip

Next steps..  Please complete the visit consent form and behaviour contract  Make sure that your mobile numbers are up to date with the office (we can text you to let you know how we are getting on!)  Speak to us if you or your child has any particular needs or concerns  Ensure that any medication is up to date (including inhalers) and that you have completed the details on the visit form  Sort out what you need to take  Get ready for a wonderful time!
