Recruitment Services We work with unemployed individuals who are interested in working in Care We provide them with comprehensive Care training (Mandatory Training & Underpinning Knowledge Units for a QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care) We complete an enhanced CRB check with each individual and source them a work placement to gain experience in Care We then put them forward for any job vacancies that our customers have Automatic enrolment onto a full QCF Level 2 upon employment *NEW* if your organisation is based in Cardiff, Caerphilly or RCT & you recruit a young person (aged 18-24yrs) Educ8 will pay their salaries for the first 6 months of their employment through Jobs Growth Wales funding
