 Step 1:  First, begin to stretch and jump rope.

 Step 2:  Next, run on a treadmill for a long period of time burn plenty of calories get in shape by doing cardio and get a healthy heart rate.

 Step 3:  Then, do core work along with other training exercises. Like jump rope, practice with a boxing bag.

 Step 4:  Next, make sure you get a trainer to help you out.

 Step 5:  Afterward, go on a full out diet and eat vegetables, fruits, and tons of proteins.

 Step 6:  Next, get a mentally and physically strong work out partner and work out with together 5 or 6 times a week with weights.

 Step 7:  Then, do pushups and core work every night.

 Step 8:  Following, stay committed to your diet, training and career. (Boxing)
