Recordkeeping Take minutes of board meetings Maintain chapter files Meeting minutes, tracking board member attendance Annual disclosure & agreement forms Annual reports Chapter bylaws Chapter policies Board roster
Orient New Board Members Before their first meeting, have new board members read and sign the following documents: Board & officer conflict of interest policy Access & confidentiality agreement for volunteers Provide new board members with important chapter documents, such as: Chapter bylaws Board roster Board of director expectations Position description
Year-end Reporting Chapter handbook includes a required annual report called, “Chapters in Good Standing” report Template in draft form Review and send thoughts to First report due Sept. 1, 2012 and will cover activities from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012
