Treasurer’s Deed Process Mail Delinquent Tax Notice and Deed request form to Certificate holder For Severed Minerals - complete Title search in Clerk & Recorder’s office – going back at least 10 years Signed Request and Deed Deposit of $150 received for Severed Minerals, Deposit of $500 for Real Property
