New barter network coming to central Pennsylvania! Hello Susquehanna valley and beyond. I would like to introduce you to The Pennsylvania Barter Network. What is a barter Network? A barter network is a group of business’s who trade goods and services indirectly through an exchange. In the next couple pages I will explain the who, what, and how of doing barter through a network such as the PA barter net. I will also explain the many benefits of being a PA.barter net. How does barter work? As a member in a barter network you can trade with any active member buy selling or purchasing goods and services. Each member is assigned a barter number and starts out with a credit line. When you make a purchase either by phone or in person the seller completes a sales slip similar to a credit card slip that includes the buyer and sellers barter member number and purchase price. The sales tax is also listed, but paid in cash. The seller calls in the sale and obtains a authorization number and that completes the transaction.

What types of business are members? Almost any business can be a member.A few include contractors, farms, printers, restaurants, professional services such as lawyers and accountants, landscapers, travel agencies, advertisers such as radio, print and t.v., auto technicians, pet shops, cleaning services, computer technicians, book stores, caterers, wedding planners, website designers and just about any other profession or business.

Where can you use PA. Barter net.? The Pa. Barter network is starting in the Lewisburg area. However we will be including any interested business’s in the entire Susquehanna Valley. From the N.Y. border through Scranton / Wilkes-Barre, down to Harrisburg and beyond. We will cover the State College area and go east to Allentown. Some of the towns and cities included are Bloomsburg, Danville, Williamsport, Lockhaven, Mifflinburg, Sunbury, Selinsgrove, Northumberland, Shamokin, York, Lebanon, Lancaster and all the areas between.

What are the benefits of using the PA. Barter network? CASH FLOW! Whether you are new or a well established, small or a large business, you know that you need a certain amount of cash for the essential bills. With barter you can get the products and services that your business may need, but your budget may not afford. You can also use barter to increase your cash flow by using barter for advertising, website development, printing and other business tools that create more business. Sales of over can also be barter and cash sales. PERSONAL USE AND GIFTS. Whether taking the family out to dinner, giving employee bonuses, or getting gifts for the holidays, barter can help save cash for other necessities. INCREASE SALES. By being a member you will introduce yourself to other members and their associates.

How much does it cost to be a member of the PA. Barter net.? To become a member you need no cash upfront. There is a monthly fee of a month.There is also a 7% transaction fee that is paid by each the buyer and the seller on each transaction. Billing is done monthly and payable on the tenth of each month.
