EMBEDDING a file into an Activboard Flip Chart

Go to your ACTIVEBOARD dashboard and click on New Flip Chart.

Click on Color Picker Tool bar toggle switch to change the background if you choose to do so.

Click on the resource library tool box to insert an object.

Click on the object you want to drag on to the screen. Left click, hold and drag.

Go to dashboard on your toggle switch panel – left top box

Don’t forget to put your presentation in design mode. Clicking on this toggle switch it in and out from design mode and presentation mode. You should be in design mode to create your flip chart and clicking on it at the end will switch it to presentation mode.

Double clicking on your object to embed an a file into your flip chart. Click on properties. Then click on actions.

Click on actions

Click on file Use the pull down menu - click on open embedded document. Click set.

Click on the three dots on the left and choose document. Click on ok It may ask you to click ok again or set. Your file should be in the flip chart now.

GOOD LUCK! Don’t forget to click on your toggle switch from design mode to presentation mode. Hope you are successful.
