Preparing to Lead  Guide to delivering the Young Leaders Scheme

The following will be updated:  Module 3 - Tools for the Job (Section Leaders)  Module 4 – Tools for the Job (Managers)  Module 12 – Balanced Programme  Module 22 – Section Support Adult Training

 This module has been updated but remains for Section Leaders.  The learning for this as a course will be approximately 3 hours  It will also be available as a brand new piece of e-learning. Module 3 – Tools for the Role (Section Leaders)

 This module has been updated but remains for manager and supporter roles.  The learning for this as a course will be approximately 2 hours  It will also be available as a brand new piece of e-learning. Module 4 – Tools for the Role (Managers and Supporters)

 Module 12 combined with Module 22  For Section Leaders, Managers and Supporters (therefore becoming an all appointments module).  It will also be available as a brand new piece of e-learning.  The e-learning includes two new videos  One video provides an overview of the programme, the other an overview of the YLS including interview with YLs. Just for Section Leaders and Assistant Section Leaders It won't have an e-learning alternative as it is a very practical module during the course of which learners will plan and review and programme for their relevant Section Learners leave with a programme plan Module 12(B) – Programme Planning
