What’s an Archivist? ▪ Responsible for historical documents

What’s the ATC? ▪ An IMLS funded project based in SLIS at LSU ▸ The ATC serves Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi, but is open to attendees from surrounding states who are willing to travel.

Who Does the ATC Serve? ▪ Anyone ▪ Anyone responsible for the care of historical documents

What Does the ATC Do? ▪ Trains people to do the work of archivists ▪ Uses educational materials already on the Web ▪ Trains people to lead workshops – through the Train the Trainer workshop program
