Description The leatherback sea turtle feeds on jellyfish and is named for its smooth rubbery shell.If it’s an adult it should weigh 700 to 2,000 pounds and it is 4 to 8 feet in size.
Habitat The leatherback sea turtle is mostly seen in long islands off shore waters in the late summer.
