Code assigned to catalog description (can be up to ten characters in length)..It used to be only 8…

For future use: This is intended for use in a future ACEweb “Publish Course Discriptions” Feature..

Uses same list as Course Subject Code and indicates course interest area NEW in Ver.060 When creating a class, if you haven’t Filled in the class subject code, this code (from Catalog) will automatically Be assigned.

Course Title / Discription

Up to 3 MB of course detail! Plain text, Sorry, no special formatting Double Click in ANY memo box to View in full screen… ( See LOTS of stuff…)

If you enter data here, ACEweb will come.. (to grab it and use it) (But it is NOT required)

Add Grouping Codes as you would on the course screen

Now that you’ve provided all the details Create Course will ‘ADD’ a new course (and fill in partial info)

Or, Clone this entry for a similar Catalog entry

Displays the courses currently having this catalog entry

When you create a new course from the Catalog screen all the information is brought forward
