The Palestinians …and their Right of Return!

I am a Palestinian. Please help me By learning about Me and my people.

Our ancestors had been living in Palestine, our homeland for thousands of years. But, starting in 1945, our homes were taken from us by force and by attacks on us. We DID NOT sell our land.

Most of our land was stolen from us. And we have been put behind huge Walls that surround us. Giant Prison Some call it a “Giant Prison”.

Our Palestinian children Try to hide to be safe Try to hide to be safe.

Other children try to fight back, to get our Homes back, to get our Freedom back.

We try to stop the Israelis from bulldozing our homes and our beloved olive trees. We try to stop them from stealing more of our homeland.

But, Israel is much stronger Than we are.

Our people are beaten for protesting that our land is being taken away… … and our homes are being demolished!.

Palestinians throw stones because we have nothing else to defend our lives, that have been destroyed.

…and we run away when they shoot at us …and we run away when they shoot at us.

Some of us have made primitive, home-made Qassam bombs. trying to fight back, t hey shoot them at Israel.

But, we are no match to Israel’s much stronger and deadly force.

Israel attacks us with all its might, again & again, Year after year…

Our homes and buildings are systematically destroyed by the Israeli bombardments!.

Many of us are hurt, wounded or dead Many of us are hurt, wounded or dead.

And some of us are killed And some of us are killed …

DAILYDEATHS Death every day… … and everywhere In Palestine

A Palestinian boy run over by an Israeli bulldozer when protesting his home being demolished.

Lebanese city Before and after Israeli bombing. In July 2006, Israel also bombed Lebanon, our neighbor on the northern border, turning city districts… into rubble!. Nobody stopped Israel.

Israel claims that it is defending itself. … and says that it only targets people who are attacking it, kids included?!

Israel uses CLUSTER BOMBS, which kill everyone around them. Cluster bombs are banned by International law.

aO Why is Isr a el str O ng On average, USA gave more than US$ 6.8 million to Israel Every Day during 2007.” - John J. Mearsheimer and Stephen M. Walt All American presidents… and candidates, pay allegiance to Israel.” Many say it is because of the strong Jewish lobby in the USA.

PALESTINE Who Says That PALESTINE Is Our Land? "There has been Anti-Semitism, the Nazis, Hitler, Auschwitz, but was that their fault? No. They see one thing: we have come and we have stolen their [Palestinian] country. Why would they accept that?" - David Ben Gurion (Israeli Prime Minister 1949) "Let us not ignore the truth... politically we are the aggressors and they defend themselves... The country is theirs, whereas we want to come here and settle down, and in their view we want to take away from them their country. - David Ben Gurion (Israeli Prime Minister 1949) “Palestine belongs to the Arabs in the same sense that England belongs to the English or France to the French. It is wrong and inhuman to impose the Jews on the Arabs. What is going on in Palestine today cannot be justified by any moral code of conduct. Surely it would be a crime against humanity to reduce the proud Arabs so that Palestine can be restored to the Jews partly or wholly as their national home.” - Mahatma Gandhi – Peaceful Ex-Leader of India (1938)

Some People Try to Help Us

Even some Jewish Rabbis protest Israel’s injustice Even some Jewish Rabbis protest Israel’s injustice.

AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL SAYS: Human rights defenders, working in the Occupied Territories of Palestine, are at risk of attack by Israeli settlers. Amnesty International is concerned at the latest such attack against those who seek, through their presence, to afford protection to Palestinians, and to bear witness to the abuses perpetrated against them by Israeli settlers in the area. Tove Johansson from Stockholm was with a small group of human rights workers to accompany Palestinian schoolchildren to their homes. The 19-year old Swedish human rights worker had her cheekbone broken by Israeli settlers.

American Rachel Corrie tried to stop Israel From bulldozing more Palestinian homes. The Israeli bulldozer drove over Rachel Corrie. Rachel Corrie was wounded by the bulldozer. Rachel Corrie died in hospital.

Tom Hurndall, an American was escorting Palestinian children in 2004, and was shot in the head.

We pay our homage to Rachel Corrie Tom Hurndall Thank you for trying to help us. You are our heroes!
