Our flag Our flag is called «Le   Drapeau tricolore ». It has been created during the french revolution. White colour reminds us Monarchy and blue and red are Paris colours. According to this flag, the king is controlled by Paris people.

MARIANNE From 1877, we can see her in every townhall from every city in France. She wears a “ bonnet phrygien” which was the one that freed slaves used to wear in Rome. She is the symbol of freedom .

To climb to the top, you have to cross 1665 steps or take the elevator.!

Green lentil from Velay The lens of Velay, grows in our region, Auvergne. It is a dry vegetable that is in the form of small round flat seeds. We can cook with sausage, bacon and salad.
